A VERY EARLY ENGLISH WHEELOCK HORN POWDER FLASK. This flattened horn flask is mounted with an iron top supporting the spout and and spring loaded cutoff. The bottom of the horn is also iron. This flask is in very good condition for it’s age and is made from very nicely figured horn that is fluted on the edges and has a good patina. 13” overall length, circa 1650.
