A Mid Eastern Jambiya, the scabbard is sheathed in low grade silver, decorated with eastern motifs. The blade is inscribed with the following “Arabian Dagger Owned by Sarabit el Khadim, Sheik Medakle-Head Aligut Tribe”. 10 ½” overall length. The scabbard has one fairly large dent on the front. Complete with its original belt made from linen or cotton. Circa 1895.
