A clip pointed Bowie Knife by G. Nixon & Sons, Celebrated Cutlery. Has tortoise shell scales on the grip and a fancy nickel silver guard. The 7” blade is in excellent condition, the tortoise shell scales have a couple of minor repairs. Complete with its original red leather sheath which is mounted with a nickel silver throat and tip, the leather is embossed with scrolls and a panel depicting an eagle and the words “AMERICAN HUNTING KNIFE”. 11” overall length.
