CONDITIONS OF SALE
1) All firearms are pre 1898 and conform to Federal Laws, if your state, county, city or country requires a permit please enclose a copy with your order. No firearms sold to minors.
2) All items are original as described, if not satisfied goods may be returned for full refund, within 3 days of reciept in same condition as sold, except for layaways and goods shipped overseas.
3) Layaways, 25% down, 25% monthly, total payments in 3 months. No returns on layaways. Delinquent accounts or cancelled orders forfeit all payments paid.
4) All orders must be accompanied with payment within 7 days.
5) Payment by check or money order. Checks must be cleared before shipping.
6) No returns or refunds after 90 days. |
